It depends on the vehicle and the sailing schedule. Buying and packing usually take a few weeks, the ocean leg to Dar es Salaam or Mombasa several more, then the road to Kigali and customs. We give you a time estimate with your quote, and every step shows in your portal as it happens.
Your quote lists three amounts: the vehicle price, the shipping fees and the Kigali Auto Export fee. You pay a deposit to start, and the balance before handover. You can pay in RWF or USD by bank transfer, mobile money or cash, and get a receipt for every payment.
Yes. Once you order, we open your customer portal. Sign in with your phone number to see the vehicle’s status, its container and Bill of Lading, the expected arrival date, and your payments and balance. You can also use the quick tracker on this page with your VIN.
We specialise in electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles from China, but we also bring other makes and models. Ask us for any make and model.
We do. Our team clears the vehicle through RRA and helps with registration. Rwanda offers tax incentives on electric vehicles; we tell you which apply to your vehicle when we quote.
